Great Customer Service
Recently, we had to bring my Shih Tzu to an Emergency Vet. When I got home from work, he would not walk and just moved his head from side to side. From there, I saw my regular vet the next morning and was then referred to a neurologist. I had each doctor send an insurance claim in to Healthy Paws who immediately processed my claims within days of each visit and expect to receive our reimbursement soon. I had opted for insurance six years ago that has a $500 deductible and 90% reimbursement so the majority of our bill is being covered. It is wonderful to have such a fabulous pet insurance company behind us; sending us notes not to worry about the claims as they will process them and to focus on my dog. We have been able to focus on our pup with no worries whether the claim was being handled or not as we received constant updates on the status. We love Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and will continue to use them as our provider for years to come.
