Healthy Paws is the best!!

Healthy Paws Insurance is the best insurance out there for pets. Our pup had surgery and they were very easy to deal with. We submitted the claim and they got back to us very quickly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Per disservice insurance.

Nothing is communicated about what’s required to file claims. Must be an effort to reduce paying out them out. Please do yourself a favor and shop for policies elsewhere.

Healthy Paws, I am forever grateful to you!

My adored 5 year old pooch has had a rough three months with health issues that required very expensive diagnostic procedures, hospitalization and rehab treatments. Healthy Paws has made the stressful experience so much more bearable! I don’t have to worry about the financial burden of the huge vet bills. Also, Healthy Paws has made the claims submission and reimbursement process a breeze. And, the customer service is kind, caring and super efficient. Huge praise!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Best money I've spent in years!

I was very skeptical about pet insurance, but after incurring some hefty bills with my previous dog, I decided that for $32 a month I'd rather have the peace of mind. I signed up my new rescue dog, who was about four years old. A few months later (in April), she started showing signs of patellar luxation, but the vet could not confirm it at the time. I quickly went through my deductible with the medications he prescribed for pain management and joint health, and HP's coverage kicked in right away, no questions asked. More recently, an orthopedic surgeon did confirm patellar luxation. I contacted HP to see if I needed prior authorization for an MPL surgical correction and they said no. Once the surgeon was in there he found the cruciate ligament compromised and did a TPLO as well. I sent the itemized invoice to HP with some trepidation and they once again held up their end of the bargain. Even the vet clinic was impressed by how quickly they processed the claim. They are also very personable and helpful when I have questions, and they've checked in to see how my dog is doing since the surgery. My plan recently renewed and my rate has not changed! Insurance with HP is easily the best money I have spent in a long time.

Wouldn't have pets without Healthy Paws Pet Insurance

I can't recommend them enough. My two dog just recently had vet visits back to back: one was an emergency weekend long vet visit and the other my dog needed a major surgery. They cover so many things and I couldn't dream of feeling I had to put my baby down because I didn't have a financial alternative. The claim was painless and intuitive to submit. I just received the reimbursement check and I couldn't be happier. I recommend anyone with a family pet...pet insurance is a must. And Healthy Paws is the perfect solution. Thank you Healthy Paws.
