Company reflexively denies claims, and refuses to speak with insured
The sales team is wonderful and accessible, but once you sign up, don't expect to get that level of care ever again.
Company denies all claims submitted without adequate explanation. All calls go to a call center in India, most times you can't even get through, and if you are lucking enough to speak with a human and leave a message, it will not be returned. They may eventually honor a claim, but it requires so much effort and time, I'm guessing most people give up. That is a long-honored strategy in the insurance industry, incidentally.
