Slow and not responsive
Initial review is "so far, not good!" Seven weeks after we submitted a claim and hearing nothing but, "We are slow" emails, "please forgive us." I called. All I got was, "we have a large volume and are working the claim" and "we are waiting to get records from your vet." I asked when they reached out to the vet so I could make sure the request was handled quickly, she could not tell me. After getting basically nothing from the girl at FIGO, I called the vet and she informed me that they had reached out this morning and and just completed the request and sent all of the records back to FIGO. So FIGO has everything, now we see how much longer this takes. As of now, I would not recommend this company.
