Insurance for new pet with Fetch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Carla Stevens via phone. She was very knowledgeable about the different policies. She helped me choose the plan suitable for our dog. Carla was very patient in answering any of the questions I had. I let her know I would call back when I decided on the plan that applied best for my dog. I called back the next day with my decision & Carla completed my application. I have been very satisfied with Fetch insurance for my other dog and will definitely recommend them to pet owners I know. I would definitely contact Carla again should I have any further queries. She has a very professional, personable manner and very knowledgeable with Fetch insurance plans.

Answered all my questions and he was really pleasant to talk to

I was surprised and dismayed to find out Fetch won't cover orthopedic conditions until 180 days after the inception date. I thought the waiting period was 15 days and didn't know there were different waiting periods for different conditions. I found out today that another well-known pet insurance company only has a 30 day waiting period for orthopedic conditions. I am writing this review so other pet parents know what to look at when considering pet insurance.

June 2, 2025 Following is a honest, personal review of Amanda and my experience of her through fetch pet insurance. My initial contact with her was via phone wherein she explained the pet policy. I have a new siberian x ragdoll female kitten and was unsure how to enroll her in the plan. Amanda spent a great deal of time to explain the differing coverages and what would work best for my situation. I found her to be professional, friendly and thorough. We have since emailed a few times including after signing up to upgrade my policy. I am very pleased and satisfied in my business dealings with her. Martha Spankie
