Fetch came through with our vet bills!

Our cat had a respiratory infection that initially only presented itself as a fever. When symptoms got worse, the vet thought we were dealing with a digestive blockage before referring us to an internal medicine specialist who diagnosed the condition. Fetch has been amazing at paying us back for everything although it did take a while for our first claim to be approved. We were really happy to have insurance though as we racked up a total of $4k in vet fees. It was a relief to know we didn't have to worry about coming up with the money for all our cat's treatments. I recommend Fetch to anyone who has pets - I think it's a must in todays' world.

Pre-existing scam - now resolved

Feeling completely scammed by Fetch right now. Our puppy had giardia when we adopted her from a rescue - before we had insurance. We got her treated and lab work confirmed it was resolved. Last week she was vomiting and the vet suspected an obstruction. Ordered x-rays which I felt confident approving because I thought I had insurance. Fetch just denied my claim because our dog had vomited in the last year. The two incidents having nothing to do with each other. I wish I was kidding. Vomiting in dogs happens all the time for so many possible reasons and is not a "condition". I'm going to find a better company who knows the actual definition of pre-existing condition. Updated: this is now resolved thanks to advocacy from my vet. If you're denied by Fetch, I recommend asking your vet to help. Not a great experience, but I did get reimbursed.

Insurance claim was easy and fast and covered the incident

Initially, it was difficult to make a decision about pet insurance as there are quite a few companies that provide this service. But after doing the research, I decided on Fetch Pet and glad that I went with them. Recently my puppy received a mouth laceration that required stitches inside the mouth. He received excellent care and the exams, tests, surgery, overnight care and follow-up were covered by my Fetch Pet Insurance. It was nice not to worried about these expenses when your focus and concern was all about your dog's care and recovery. Thanks Fetch Pet.
