Scam avoid this rip off.
You cannot email Fetch.
The live chat does not function when you get an agent.
They have multiple phone numbers but you cannot get results.
They took over my previous pet insurance without proper notification.
They have a multi page policy that allows then to reject all claims.
Trying to cancel is ridiculously difficult.

Sometimes submitting a claim and getting a response can take sometime but the coverage and customer service this company provides is amazing

There when we needed them!
When our Yorkie fell seriously ill (and since recovered), it was reassuring to know that Fetch was a phone call or email away. Our claim was processed efficiently which gave us one less thing to worry about.

I can honestly say I am so glad I…
I can honestly say I am so glad I purchased fetch when I got my puppy, They've been so helpful and worth the expense. My only complaint is that you can't bill directly, but the claim process is fairly simple considering. And payout wasn't as prompt for my last claim. All in all, I would highly recommend the service.
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.
Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.
Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
