I was contact 6 days ago and still have not received my refund I think it a way to still get your month fee I have 3 dogs if I don’t hear anything from this company I will cancel all three the
I not happy with Fetch I am getting charge 600 for a 300 deductible one month apart now they they have to look into as they gather more money from me for monthly fees and it to take 30 to 45 days if I don’t hear something faster than that I will be looking for another company Obviously someone not doing there work there to see the deductible was paid up to date a month before no happy customer have 3 with your insurance I would like a call from someone soon or looking somewhere else
