We got insurance not long after we got our pup in 2021...and thank goodness we did. Our pup was diagnosed with a life-long condition requiring expensive prescription meds and Fetch has been fantastic right from start. Initial tests and diagnosis ran up to our yearly limit and our claim was fully covered. We have ongoing care with prescription meds and holistic treatments and Fetch continues to honor our claims. We are extremely thankful and highly recommend insurance for your pet. You never know what might happen and whether an injury or medical, premiums are inexpensive and gives peace of mind! We highly recommend Fetch!

Great so far. We've been with Fetch for several years - I took out pet insurance on my girl when she was 8 weeks old (good thing too cause she developed allergies around a year old). Claims are easy enough to open and payments are deposited quickly once the claim has been approved (although this sometimes takes a while). Every time I've had to contact customer support they've been good. My only complaint is that to file a claim in the app, you're required to include the vet's notes which I don't always have because most of the time it's just a refill on her allergy meds. So I do it by email instead which takes way longer. If this is wrong and I'm missing something, please let me know cause I'd love to submit everything in the app and get things dealt with quicker!
