Fetch Canada | Pet Insurance Review

We had an expensive issue with our two year old Labradoodle that almost cost her life. There were extensive tests and treatment to save her. Once the bills were in we submitted the bills. Fetch reviewd the information and paid the full amount that they were accountable for based on our plan. They definitely made us feel tht they were there for us.

They cover the basics, didn't however cover my dogs referral from my vet to a certified physio clinic because although everyone was trained and certified in that area not all of them were qualified vets and so apparently that does not qualify so that meant hundreds being spent on top of the insurance so it's worth really looking into what they do and don't cover. They also take a long time to reimburse any claims although to be fair they do cover alot overall from a vet visit and eventually you will get reimbursed. They also recently put the monthly cost up by $7 so hoping that doesn't continue to climb. Overall I'd say they are okay but wish I had put more research into others before committing

One of my dogs teared a tendon and has needed extensive care from physio to ultrasounds and shockwave therapy, all in the thousands, and Fetch has covered 80% of absolutely everything. I’d say the only downside is that it’s taking them about a month to pay back, but it’s great to know that it will get covered each time, even for ongoing issues like this one. Their customer service and app are great too

I’ve reviewed a few pet insurance quotes before settling to get Petplan/ Fetch by the Dodo. It’s covers a lot of things but is cheaper than the others. I got it when our dog was still a puppy and I’m glad I have it now since my dog had some health issues. They process claims promptly and you can easily contact them if you have questions.

I like the great customer service they provide and when it comes to their packages for my pets they provide great care! They also have easy and fast claims that process fast! Love Fetch!!!
