Overall very easy, straight forward, and user friendly!

Easy to use app that streamlines submitting claims. Also easy to get someone on the phone if you need to actually talk to a friendly person. Direct Deposit option to get your money deposited into your account. Overall very easy, straight forward, and user friendly. Would highly recommend!

Fetch has been excellent for us!

Fetch has been excellent for us. Our dog Thea had a gastrointestinal illness and needed care. Fetch was easy to deal, with we submitted our claim online with very little paperwork and we were reimbursed promptly by direct deposit. Fantastic peace of mind for us. We would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Fetch

My dog has been insured with Fetch since she was a puppy - she is now 3. I am very grateful to their support these last 3 years I have had with Fetch - and the ease of making a claim. I would highly recommend pet owners to go to Fetch for their pet insurance.

Fetch is amazing from the moment I…

Fetch is amazing from the moment I inquired about a quote to the moment they reimbursed me after my puppy’s spay. They also have a wellness package that makes it affordable to do all those little things you may not typically do heartworm/ kennel cough/ dental visits and much more.. their rates are manageable to keep it within a budget. You guys are beyond amazing keep up the great customer service . Rosie and I will be lifers .

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
