I bought Fetch insurance for my two…

I bought Fetch insurance for my two dogs and it included the Wellness option which I have used several times. So far I haven’t had to use the illness option. The payment for the times I used the Wellness option has been quick. The only negative is that Fetch has not enabled payment to all of the big 5 banks in Canada and so I had to go to a bank that I have not used to set up an account specifically for Fetch. This was annoying.

Pet insurance is a must.

We’ve been with fetch for quite a few years now but didn’t have to make a claim until just recently. I was nervous - thinking it would be a hassle. I assumed they’d give me a hard time about reimbursement (like most insurance companies) To my surprise it was incredibly easy! The payout was deposited into my account very quickly - no questions asked. I had to make 1 phone call due to an error on my part and the lady was extremely compassionate. Thank you Fetch for making our dog’s medical emergency a little less stressful knowing we had insurance. We were shocked how fast the bills add up in an emergency. I would never go without it.

Fetch is amazing!!

I have a very accident prone lab who this year alone has cost me $10,000 in miscellaneous that bills. Fetch has been completely hassle free, has approved all of my submissions without question, and gives me peace of mind knowing I can get my dog, the proper care he needs, without worrying about the cost. I highly recommend fetch!!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
