My experience today was great with Fetch, as always. They have been taking care of my fur babies for 7 years approximately. Ananda and Kelsey provided extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and patient service, as I had many questions and changes to make. Highly recommend this company and thanks lafies for all your help today. It was fabulous talking with you. Great job 👏

***UPDATE.. Taking a star away due to recent (October 17th ish) the fact my claims for hydrotherapy are being denied because a vet isnt the one doinf the hydrotherapy is ridiculous there is no where in my area or surrounding that has a vet doing these therapy for the rehab my dog needs! I sent email to further question this and to ask for them to provid me with locations they would accept so i can start a new referral. My hydrotherapist has her diploma for this under a top rank Veterinary school! Her vet was in shock they wouldnt accept her claim..**Fetch has good coverage at a fair price and always handles claims in a timely manner. With notification set up, im continually informed along the way. But trying to connect with anyone over the phone is a chore and needs improvement, which is why I took a star away.

I will never get a pet without fetch insurance. It’s a great company but I am confident that no matter what happens to my dog, fetch will be there so I don’t have to make any difficult decisions. Thank you fetch !

You people are crooks

Whenever I had questions and phone a rep to answer my questions about my coverage of my Chinese crested powder puff pup’s vet bills I was kindly and I mean kindly informed about what is covered and what is not making the process of submitting my claims less stressful. I have not only a toy dog but a rare breed(in Canada anyway) and have unique breed related needs. My puppy is quite a new experience to me as well as pet insurance. The last time I owned a dog was many years ago and pet insurance was not an option let alone owning a rare breed dog. Between my dogs breeder and fetch pet insurance my experience toady of owning a dog is exciting new experience and I have come to realize how wonderful it is to own a dog than ever before. I am a loyal client to Fetch Insurance .
