I called the 800 number the first time to change my CC number. I was told that a link was sent to my phone sp that I I could continue on my phone. M problem I don’t carry data on my phone. Called the 800 back, requested an agent. A very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful woman(Samantha) did everything for me . She also addressed a few other questions I had. I just love Fetch Insurance.

So frustrating make sure you read the fine print... they really don't cover much.

Denise was an absolute delight to deal with. Sadly the reason for my call was to reduce my coverage due to the ridiculous price increase again this year. Insurance companies like this one need to change their focus from making money, a lot of money!! Focus on the customer i.e. the PET! An annual price increase should never exceed 5%. Sadly this has not been the case with this company over the last few years.

I had just got a new puppy, did my due diligence, reviewed several pet insurance carriers and decided Fetch provided the best for me and my budget. As required I submitted all her records including an initial vet check for overall health. A month after I got her she got her back leg caught in a chain link gate and broke her tibia growth plate. I submitted all the required documentation and approximately three weeks later received the expected compensation (less $300 deductible and 20% not covered). About six weeks later she went for her follow up X-ray and check up. I submitted the paperwork and as it was to an existing claim, reimbursement only took a few days. Overall, they paid out $6,000 without any hassle. Highly recommend.

Based in Canada - - told cancellation is done via phone or email. When you email, the server doesn't work (have tried multiple times over a period of months) -call times are so high I can't wait hours since I have to go to work and they close at 8pm eastern. On west coast on hold from 6am till i have to work and no one picks up Imagine how many people with deceased pets or just wish to move to a trustworthy company are getting robbed because you don't give an option to cancel. Horrific company
