I was pleased that most of Walters treatments have been covered for his anxiety, his shoulder issues. He had a custom brace made, hydrotherapy and holistic herbs all covered. I’m pleased alternative therapies and treatments have been covered. Most pet insurance doesn’t cover them. My only negative is that after using the coverage the policy changed a lot. Some of which I understand but it doesn’t help me to continue to help him in the same way. So far Forests claims have been covered.

Every time I have any kind of vet bill, I upload it to Fetch, for history purposes, but also hopeful to get reimbursed for something as the vet is never cheap! I am often shocked and so pleasantly surprised to get reimbursement even when I don’t expect to! Very impressed with how much is covered, especially for the price. Incredibly reasonable. The few times I have had to contact their support team it had been an easy process too. Have and will recommend - thank you!

We were with Fetch for ~8 years and the last two years saw an insane increase in premiums (over an additional $100/month this year alone to total $300/month…). They had been decent with good customer service and quick repayments up to this point. When I called to cancel, seems I’d been reassessed and put on a “claim tier”, so basically because we claimed a number of things and my dog was now deemed higher risk the premiums skyrocketed? Save your money and just put a set amount aside each month as needed - no surprises that way! Very disappointed.

Samantha was incredible! I called in to get some more info about our policy's yearly renewal. She was able to provide such detailed information and helped me understand every aspect of the renewal and changes that came with it. Together we reviewed options for restructuring our policy to better suit my and Stella's needs and looked over a variety of options. She was also able to answer any questions that came up and provided information I didn't even know I needed (but I definitely did!) She was able to speak to all aspects of the price change in a way that was easy to understand and did so in such a pleasant way. Have a call about a pricing review is never an easy call to make but this call was so easy and I honestly just had the best time on this call. It was pleasant, fun, and enjoyable (which as a lot of people know with any company is not an easy feat!) I'll be making sure that any time I call in to Fetch that I ask for Samantha because I know that whatever issue I'm facing or questions I have will end up with a great solution and a pleasant conversation!
