Disappointing
I have sent unanswered emails and stayed on hold for extended periods of time. At least one of you knows of my problem since before the claim. In fact, I could not file the claim online andI cannot get on line to see anything related to my account, let alone my claim.
Please contact me. I am frustrated by your lack of attention. Five weeks have now gone by and I am no closer to accessing my account than I was in August.
