Embrace has been such a life saver
Embrace has been such a life saver! From multiple surprise ER visits to a diagnosis of hip dysplasia at under a year old, to random tests, Embrace has been there for us. Our dog would, without a doubt, not be receiving the same level of veterinary care if not for the coverage provided by Embrace. We don’t have the wellness rewards so we pay for routine things out of pocket, but for all the extra stuff, Embrace has covered our claims and been quick to process our refunds. We once got our ~$900 emergency vet visit refund in less than 2 days after we submitted it. Once we were having issues receiving our refund (because we changed bank accounts and didn’t realize) and customer service was so kind and helpful and got things processed quickly. It’s so nice to know we don’t have to make the choice between saving money and getting our dog the treatments she needs. Also having access to the 24 hour vet chat is such a source of relief when we’re questioning something with our dog. I recommend Embrace to any dog owner and really recommend getting coverage started as soon as you get your dog. I’ve been a customer for almost 4 years, with one dog, and plan to use Embrace to cover all future cats or dogs in my family. Thank you Embrace!
