Reimbursements recalled due to embraces banking error
The claims process for 5 of my 6 claims when super quickly. The largest (understandably) took 17 days to process. Then once the checks where dispersed, they were recalled via the sender (embrace) and the checks were removed from my bank account. Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the finance department to reissue new checks because the originals cannot be redeposited. I was told this was a banking error on embraces end. I’ve been waiting for my reimbursements for over a month now.
