Good for the first year

Was a decent company my first year with them. Didn’t have any major claims for either of my dogs. Had some of the top coverages selected. Was paying just over 100 for both dogs. Then, renewal time comes around and my policy shows a rate of 43% more for having no claims etc. I call to ask why and am told because the price of everything is going up including vet prices, the amount of claims being submitted by others, and just because. No thanks. You were the more expensive option when I was first shopping. The only reason was you had decent reviews. Time to go elsewhere.

This information requested by both Vets…Yes both vet gave information

This information requested by both Vets where sent to embrace for hans fecal being my other dogs was sick and I wanted to make sure Hans did not get it but embrace continued to ask the Vet for the findings. I call lakeview and they assured me the request was done. Not sure why they are saying they are still reviewing the claim because you have all the information request

Everything is a pre existing condition

Everything is a pre existing condition. When I first got the dog she had mange. Now every skin condition is excluded, even eyes and ears. She’s overweight, so anything related to being overweight that comes up in the future is excluded. Simply put, they wiggle out of paying claims. Had it for over a year, not one cent paid on claims.
