Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

The vet staff actually completed their portion of the claim form incorrectly. I realized this, and sent an email to Embrace. The next day I was emailed back, my claim was approved, and shortly afterwards I received a check in the mail. We are so happy we have pet insurance for our three dogs. We rescued a greyhound this year, and she had taken full use of it! We would be lost without this coverage.

I received my claim payments promptly and am very happy with Embrace!!

We have had Embrace insurance on our Boxer since he was 6 weeks old. We have never had any issues with them paying the claims and they do so as outlined in the policy. We continue to use and recommend them to all of ours friends. Their coverage cannot be beat - they do not have any exceptions to coverage for breed-specific disorders which is the biggest reason we went with them. If they are running behind w/ claims processing, they let you know. If they are taking exceptionally long, one phone call will have the claim resolved within 24hours. A+!!

My experience with Embrace has only been positive. Always when I have submitted any claim toward deductible or the Wellness Rewards Program, have all be handled efficiently. There is always someone from Embrace keeping me informed of my claim status (from the day they received it until they send the check). And the best of all, you always talk w2ith real people, not impersonal and colds machines. I love Embrace and always recommend it to my friends and everybody who has pets.

My Afghan Hound became suddenly and seriously ill, and spent 4 days at a university associated hospital before coming home to recover. I emailed my claims (which I have found to be the most efficient and successful mehtod of communication) and they kept me updated on where they were in the process. When I called to inquire about a possible payment date because the bill was so large I was promised that it would be expedited, and indeed it was. They gathered together all of his recent claims and paid them all at the same time. They paid everything the policy indicated would be covered - no questions, no problems. And when my dog passed away a month later I recieved several emails expressing sympathy and was encouraged to submit any final claims even if I had to send them after his policy ended. And now I have received a heartwarming book full of stories of love and loss. Embrace is the ultimate pet insurance company, covering traditional and alternative treatments, living up to the terms of its policies, and offering both professional and compassionate responses to its clients. What more could you possibly ask for?
