Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We really did not shop around for pet insurance. Our breeder highly recommended this company and she's been in the breeding business for over 20 years. That was good enough for us. We've been very impressed with how easy the process has been and the customer service has been excellent! I wish my own medical insurance was this easy. The money we spent is well worth the peace of mind.

My experience with Embrace Pet Insurance has been wonderful. I didn't have any problems whatsoever with claims that I filed for my dog Jake. They were immediate in their response to me on the status of the claims and I recieved a check must quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend this pet insurance company.

I am new to Embrace, I do wish I had purchased pet insurance when my dog was a puppy before so many of her things are considered pre-existing, however on the plus side her chewing and swallowing some of the remote went towards my deductible. She is close to being a year and a half and the joy of my life. It is nice having insurance to help out if she decides to taste and sample other non digestible items around the house. The staff have always been polite and timely in response, however it appears sometimes it takes a while to hear about the claim.But when questioned they respond in a timely fashion and are always nice. ONE thing I really love and am thankful for is their newsletters!!! They sent out a newsletter regarding pet food contamination and the food I had purchased was on the recall list, a newly purchased bag. I had not nor would I have found this out on my own as I do not spend time surfing the net so receiving this information was a blessing!! I find the newsletters informative and helpful.

I wish my own health insurance was as friendly and helpful as embrace. So far I have had very quick responses from well informed people. I had to do some very expensive oral surgery on my dog and my policy took the sting out of the final bill.

As a former insurance professional, I understand the value of having coverage on my pets and Embrace has done an excellent job of providing me with peace of mind. I have been a customer of for three years and have had nothing but positive experiences with this carrier from underwriting to claims handling and follow-through. Embrace offers an easy-to-understand policy and an even easier claims process; the company does an excellent job of communicating the status of reported claims and shows genuine concern for your pet. I had the unfortunate experience of losing a pet at a young age to cancer, and Embrace showed amazing support for my loss, including making a donation in Shyla's name. Embrace offers an excellent product and excellent customer service. I would have no problem recommending this company's product to anyone.
