Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Overall I am very impressed with Embrace; I'm kept informed of the status of my claims and their representatives are extremely polite and helpful. I find their rates competitive and a good value for what I receive.I belong to a local bird dog club and and when the subject of insurance comes up I always recommend Embrace.

Each and every time that I have worked with Embrace I have received excellent service. Timely, thoughtful, and informative. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance. I easily relied on Embrace to handle all the claim matters while I focused on my pet and their needs. I was comforted by the fact that my pet was able to receive the best care. Our coverage was amazing. Today after a very serious injury and surgery because we had Embrace coverage we were able to make good solid decisions on our Pete's health care decisions. I'm 100% convinced that having Embrace was critical in saving the life of our dog. I can't thank Embrace enough for their reasonable premium costs and their excellent coverage. Thank you Embrace.

my cat has an extreme flea allergy and his dermatological result is extreme. I was told (pre-insurance) that dermatology was not covered. Ok, I understood no dermatology, then he came down with a gross hematoma in one ear--embrace said this was the result of him shaking his head due to an ear infection--(which they defined as dermatology) and none of the treatment for the hematoma was covered. Hair-splitting, vet felt so, there were no fleas involved with his ear problem.claim denied--first claim in 1 yr with 3 animals.

I am glad that I got the insurance for both my dogs. I dont ever want to give them less care than they deserve because the cost is more than I can afford. The insurance gives me the option to take care of my dogs without the worry of a large bill from the vet.

We are so happy to have health insurance for our Boxer Max, without embrace we would be paying off credit card bills for years!!! They saved our doggy and our wallets!
