Embrace is wonderful

Our very active young CBR recently pulled up a rear leg and stopped using it. We found one of her toes was very swollen and the nail was split. Her vet was sure the toe was broken. Fortunately it was not broken, but was infected.I filed a claim and when I received a response, noticed one prescription was not included. I called and spoke with the nicest rep who quickly found the problem and took care of it. Whenever I have contacted Embrace, about anything, they have always been courteous, pleasant, and upbeat. It is nice and much appreciated!

great service and reliable

I started with Embrace 2years ago with my Toy Fox Terrier when he was 3mos. So far he has only required Wellness coverage. I have the Veterinarian complete the form and I fax it with the bill.I have chosen direct deposit and it seems to go like clockwork. It gives me great peace of mind to have this coverage and I would recommend Embrace to anyone with a pet. Wish I had done it with my last dog whom I got at 7yrs and just assumed it was too late.

They cover everything, including prescriptions

They are thorough and want proper documentation, but as long as all your ducks are ina row, the coverage in exactly what they say it will be.

This company has one of the best follow up procedures. I receive emails that claim was received and in process p, as well as determination of claim. Veery impressed with the service the company provides.

Embrace is awesome!

We enrolled Chloe, our golden retriever, when she was just 9 weeks old. We have used Embrace for both wellness and illness vet visits. All claims have been handled efficiently, professionally and on a timely basis. It is very reassuring to have pet insurance and know we have the coverage needed for our gal.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
