Pleasure to work with re: our puppy
Our beagle/shar-pei mix puppy Herman had to have an entropion corrected (essentially an eye lift!) and had some unanticipated intestinal blockage before the surgery. Embrace covered 90% of both the planned and unplanned portions and checked in with us about how Herman was recovering. They even found an error in one of our claims a month later and sent us the difference. Needless to say, my experience with them has been very positive.
Herman is doing just great, btw!

Goodbye Embrace
I filed a claim in August on an August 7 date of service. The amt of the claim was almost $300. Today, Oct 3 I finally rec'd a reply about the claims. They have agreed to pay $51. I have waited for 2 months for them to process the claim!! I AM THROUGH WITH THEM. Their marketing media was totally propaganda!! Good by Embrace or should I say "DISTASTE"!!! THANKS so much for your misrepresentation!!!BTW, THIS IS THE 3rd claim submitted - they paid ZERO on the first 2 and a whooping $51 on this one which good 2 MONTHS to get a response!!!!

Simple Stated -- The BEST
Embrace has been absolutely fabulous in paying claims for our pup who suffers with severe hip dysplasia and receives physical therapy. I couldn't be happier with Embrace, they provide coverage for a very expensive illness without hassle. I have highly recommend Embrace and continue too.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
