Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I just had my first claim experience with Embrace... What a breeze! Shortly after my vet visit, I received an email telling me when I could expect my reimbursement check and it arrived before the estimated date. I felt very satisfied with this as my first experience with Embrace and would recommend them to others based on their thoroughness & efficiency.

I purchases the optional wellness care plus package for both of my english bulldog puppies. The best thing about Embrace is that they don't dictate what portion of your allowed dollars can be spent on vaccines, heartworm testing, etc. All other companies will only pay out a certain portion of your wellness care dollars based on category, but not EMbrace. If you spend 200$ all on vaccines, they reimburse you 200$. The claim process was rather quick. And I am impressed with the constant communication the company provides me during the claim process. I got every dollar back from wellness checkups thus far without any hitch. Awesome company!

Our beloved Chocolate Lab was only 3-1/2 years old when she was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor inside her mouth. We moved on this as quickly as possible and so did Embrace. Every time I sent in a new estimate, they jumped right on it and got us the pre-certification coverage immediately. They were prompt to pay and very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Embrace. I shopped other pet insurance coverages when out dog was 8 weeks old. Embrace "looked" to be the best. I would never ever have another pet without this coverage. Thank you Embrace!

I've had Embrace insurance for my cat Zinger for the past three years, and have had nothing but stellar service from them. They kept me updated on the status of all my claims, and seem to really care about both the pets, and the services being offered. I think the price is reasonable considering the amount of coverage I have for Zinger, and know that I will never be forced to make a hard decision about adequate care for her based on finance alone. That's the best reason to have insurance, and I think Embrace is the best one out there.

Had to file a number of invoices for an ongoing illness for my dog. Customer service people were very professional and helpful.I've been with Embrace for 5 years and very happy with their services.
