Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have a new puppy and have put in a number of wellness claims as she goes in for check ups all the time. I send in the claims and the check comes to me fast. Nice system!

I've had Embrace for a little over a year now. Our dog was vomiting, feeling very sick and was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. I am pleased with how Embrace responded to our claims. After meeting our deductible, we were reimbursed the amount due to us promptly. I really like having the peace of mind knowing I've got Embrace there to help us provide the best care for our dog we can when the unexpected happens. He is part of the family and it is great to be able to focus on what's best for his health care. I definitely recommend Embrace and will definitely continue to have dog insurance for my pets in the future too. I strongly recommend that you carefully choose pet insurance and read the fine print before making a commitment. I am very happy with my choice.

my puppy ate a rawhide bone. apparently wasn't supposed to - ooops! had to take him to vet after throwing up. $1500 in bills. embrace was a bit slow out of the gate. many questions i thought i had answered before - but they came around fairly quickly and got moving. reimbursement is also not incredibly fast but they did deliver at the end.

We have two dogs, both of which have been covered from the moment we adopted them. We have both the insurance and wellness coverage, and I couldn't be happier. Embrace has made everything simple... Getting started took a 5 minute phone call and a very simple form that my vet filled out. A claim form takes no time at all - I actually spend more time writing the address on the envelope than filling out the form. And after I mail in my form within a few days I get an email with a status of the claim. I can check my status online without needing to remember a password. I get emailed updates when the status changes, and every representative I have ever dealt with was very friendly and helpful. My wellness refunds have been quite fast - within a week or two of filing a claim. The claims for injuries have taken a bit longer, but they do contact me to let me know that it is still processing. It's really nice to have the peace of mind that the insurance offers. I know that I can take my pet to the vet if needed and don't have to stress about money - which is the last thing you should have to worry about when you are talking about the welfare of your best friend.
