Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace Pet Insurance is reliable and prompt. My 4-year-old Corgi-Lab mix, my Corgador as I call her, had to have emergency surgery at Kansas State University Veterinary Medical Center. She's one of those dogs with short legs and a long spine, which can spell disc problems. I came home one evening to discover that her hind legs were paralysed. I had to drive four hours to get her to a veterinarian that could perform the surgery--the faster you get them to the operating room, the more likely they will regain mobility in their back legs. Long story short, she racked up a pretty hefty bill--but she is fine, and fully recovered. I submitted my claim and Embrace reimbursed me within two weeks. They didn't question the emergency surgery or any charges. I would recommend them--and have recommended them to new dog owners. They are prompt and professional. With insurance, I feel like I don't have to choose between my pet and my pocketbook. Good company, good service.

I looked at many companies for pet insurance and finally dediced on Embrace. When I applied over the phone the customer service rep. was very informative and friendly. I had to use the insurance sooner than I thought and I was reimbursed quickly and without any hassles. I am extremely happy with my choice of pet insurance companies and I have recommended them to my pet owner friends.

This claim is for a medication that was purchased outside of the vet's office(per vet's recomendation that it might be less expensive),for a fairly serious intestional/stomach issue.Once again Embrace came thru fast & as stated they would.I cannot be happier with this company.Thanks again.

My dog Torsten has had 2 torn cruciate ligaments, severe joint damage, auto immune disease, and pnumonia(sp?) twice. Embrace has paid (Immediately) for 2 separate TPLO's from surgeon specialist, 24 hr emergency visits, all vet costs, AND Amazingly! 2 separate Stem Cell Retrieval and Injections. They have paid out over $10,000 on this one dog, and gave him 4 extra years of quality life. They literally saved his life 4 separate times. These people are simply Crazy Over-the-Top in ease of claims, immediate Personal contact, follow up, and ..well everything. They cover Everything, unlike most other well-known Pet insurance companies, AND they are possibly the LEAST Expensive! I kept my pet insurance even when I could not afford my own health insurance..and it was a wise decision. I respectfully suggest that everyone recommend this company to anyone owning a Dog or Cat.
