Pleased with prompt service
I'm very happy with Embrace. I submit my claims to them and I hear back about my refund within two weeks. I like that they do direct deposit right into my account. They have been great with my two english bulldog puppies. They have great service and always keep in touch and make sure that I received my refund (I do not have to be checking up on them ever).

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!
I really cannot say enough about Embrace Pet Insurance. I LOVE the coverage options, the people are fantastic and my claims were processed very quickly - direct deposited into my account about 3 days after claim submission. I actually have two dogs - although I can't indicate that on this feedback form :) - and both have had claims submitted. My Standard Poodle, for routine care, and my Lab for the claims described in this review. We actually submitted 3 separate claims on the issues indicated and they were paid without any delay. Even better, we have experienced NO premium increase as a result of utilizing the policies. VERY, VERY happy with this company. If you're shopping around, I would highly recommend Embrace - as I have to about 10 of my friends and family members. They have taken my up on the recommendation and, happily, ALL have had experiences similar to mine.

Wholistic Care!!!!
After Chibi hurt her back. The choice was drugs or wholistic care. Easy choice for us:) Wholistic care!She had 2 sessions of accupuncture and cold laser and she is feeling fabulous.

Great customer service.
I changed to Embrace a few months ago. I have been very happy with the response I have gotten. I just wish O would have found out about them sooner.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
