Great Coverage

Submitted a wellness claim. There was $35 that was for treatment & not covered within 14days. They covered the full amount & issued payment promptly. Only suggestion is to communicate what portion will be covered, as it sounded like the entire claim was going to be denied.

New Puppy

We got a new puppy 2 months ago and we have had several wellness and two illness/injury visits to the vet. We are so glad that we got embrace insurance and everything has been very easy to file claims...the refund checks come very quickly also! Thanks Embrace Team!

What a Godsend this company is

Our little Schnauzer had two horrible accidents this year within 2 months. One accident, she jumped up on a picnic table and engulfed half a roasted chicken plus some plastic bags and a lotta bones. Pancreatitus resulted. The second accident a huge pit bull pulled out of her collar and leash and attacked her. We have used up most of the alooted amount for the year which is 5000. in our case. I wish we had also taken out insurence for drug prescriptions. But even without that, we got a huge amount of expenditures reimbursed in a short amount of time. DIrect deposit is very handy. Everyone is so nice on the staff!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
