Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Embrace Pet Insurance for our baby boy, black labrador Trigger. We took him in for his puppy shots and to get his chip placed. We purchased the Wellness plan along with the illness/accident insurance plan. Our vetrinarian, was not already partnered or aware of Embrace, and Embrace made it easy on me by taking the guess work out of how to get them in contact with one another and have our claim smoothly submitted. Brian, an Embrace team member, contact our vet and had everything sorted out in one day. Within 3 days of that I had received a notice that our Claim under the wellness rewards plan would be completely covered. That's right, $349 back in our pocket, the insurance and Wellness Rewards package definitely pay for themselves. Believe me every little bit helps while planning a wedding and we can't thank Embrace enough for being so responsive. In 10 days we should be receiving the check. Thank you again Embrace!

Staff always friendly, informative and prompt! The wellness option has been well worth the $. My claims for illness/injury have been exactly what I expected, never a surprise. When I needed to cut down my monthly premium, they worked with me to find the best option to keep good coverage and hit the price I was hoping for.

This is the first time that I have had insurance on any of my pets. So far I have only had to make a wellness claim, based on that experience I find that the customer service department goes above and beyond in assisting you. I have been asked what company do I use for pet insurance and I always say you really should try Embrace. They are affordable and about the only one out there that offers wellness coverage at a very reasonable rate. I really like this company!

Embrace has been excellent to deal with. Recently one of our dogs had a fast growing "thing" on one of her feet. The initial diagnosis was a "mass", which wasn't covered by our Accident Only policy. However, after additional testing, the vet declared that it wasn't a mass, but something caused by trauma. Embrace re-looked at the claim given the new info, and accepted it, saving us hundreds of dollars.

This company is FANTASTIC! I sent a notice to them letting them know that my new Labradoodle, Hera was being spayed. Not only did they email me the day of her procedure wishing my Hera a good surgery but they followed up after the surgery to make sure she was doing well. Claim time was less that two weeks and such a breeze. I am so glad Hera has EMBRACE in her corner!
