Fast and responsive

I've been surprisingly pleased with the speed and responsiveness of Embrace. I was expecting to wait at least weeks after a claim was submitted and I was contacted within days and a check issued in under a week. Would certainly recommend them to anyone without reservation. They're also excellent in their communication regarding claims and coverage.

Just started and am very pleased.

I researched many insurance companies and decided on Embrace for their coverage. Signing up was easy. Coverages can be tailored made for you needs. I took my 7 week Great Dane pup to her first vet visit the day after I picked her up from the breeder. The insurance forms were simple to use and the staff was very helpful in walking me through the steps this first time. My first paid claimed was for the Wellness plan have been overjoyed with the payment and EOB. I am a very satisfied customer at this time.

Embrace is a life saver

Our dog seems to be going from bad to worse. But because we have Embrace Pet Insurance we can afford to take him to one of best veterinarian hospitals in the county. We just put in our second large claim and received payment in a couple weeks. My heart breaks for other pet owners who can't afford high vet bills and have to put their animals down. Whenever anyone I know gets a new pet, I beg them to get pet insurance and specifically recommend Embrace.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
