Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

The turn-around time is a little long (8 weeks) but I received an email explaining the delay and appreciated that Embrace stays in touch. They are always courteous and helpful--both on the phone and in print, and given the trouble that Moses continues to get himself into, I don't know what I would do without them!

Last year, thanks to your coverage, we were able to save our cocker spaniel Annie when she developed a severe form of anemia requiring transfusions as well as some pricey medications. This year we were able to get our cocker spaniel Jennie up on her paws when she ruptured a disc requiring spinal surgery. I have called your office on many occasions stressed out and in tears to be told by your rep, "don't worry....we have her covered." I can't imagine having pets and not having you! I carry your flyers with me so I always have some to give out. You are a blessing in every way.

After the challenge of attempting to manage the expense of both planned and unplanned vet bills with two other beloved dogs, when we got a new puppy last year we decided to enroll in a pet insurance plan. After much research and comparison we chose Embrace and have not our choice. The premiums are reasonable and the peace of mind is invaluable. We no longer have to postpone a vet visit and have our Bailey suffer needlessly because it is not in the budget. The plan we chose includes some routine wellness coverage. Although Bailey is currently healthy, those annual vet visits with tests and vaccines can add up. Simply download a preprinted claim form, have the vet sign it, submit and that's it. It was nice to get that $200 reimbursement check so soon after the appointment.

I took Layla in for her yearly check up and vaccinations. Thankfully, all went well and there were no surprises! The vet submitted my claim and within a couple days I received my reimbursement for the wellness visit. It was easy and quick.

Embrace has been nothing but fantastic. Great coverage, great customer service and great communication. We appreciate it all and because of this, are now loyal customers as well. We are thrilled to have gone with embrace and have had such a good experience as we were unsure of even getting any policy. Nothing but the best recommendation!
