Great Communication and easy forms to complete!

Love having this insurance super easy forms and they stay in contact with you throughout the claim. Hope I never have to use the accident form but if I do I feel comfortable knowing Embrace will take care of everything and keep me in the loop. Thanks for offering such great coverage for my 4 legged baby!

Embrace is Peace of mind ....

I was skeptical about getting insurance for my new baby shih tzu.Embrace has made it so easy and given me peace of mind knowing she is being taken care of! My claim was easy to find,and they emailed me right away with their response.They cover exactly what they say they will,and there is not any question now that I made the right choice with Embrace!

Excellent customer service

First Rate Customer Service

I have nothing but good things to say about all of Embrace's customer service members. They always answered my questions and made sure we received our claim check. When they heard of our pet's passing they sent their sympathies and took care of everything with the policy. I highly recommend them for their dedication to courtesy and follow-up. As for the policy the only negative thing I could say is that they don't cover any supplements 'presribed' for out pet. They did cover alternative therapy though and for that I give them 5 stars!

Jenna is the BEST!

Thank you so much to Jenna Mahan; she was such a pleasure to deal with in every way!! She was very sympathetic to Larrys problems, was quick and efficient in her processing of the claim and is an absolute asset to the company! All of the customer service representatives are fantastic! Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
