Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I recently got a puppy and knew from not having pet insurance in the past I wanted it this time. I explored all kinds. Embrace seemed to fit my needs the best. They do what they say they are going to do and reimburse promptly. No claim is too small or too large... AND they reimburse based on what you paid not a sliding scale! LOVE IT! Highly recommend this insurance.

I have been with Embrace for a few months now and so far I am very pleased with my experiences with Embrace. My questions are always answered, the claims are processed quickly and their customer service is excellent. We have been having some GI issues with our Boxer rescue and while that has been stressful, knowing that we have Embrace insurance is helping us through this rough patch and we feel good knowing we have chosen a good pet insurance company for our Boxer boy!

I spent a lot of time researching pet insurance as the idea seems smart but we've all heard the bad stories about clauses and refusals to pay. I chose Embrace and have never regretted the decision. For many years my German Shepherd Max was healthy and didn't need a thing - which is the best case scenario. He is now getting older and has been plagued with some of the old age ailments we can all look forward to - including severe arthritis in his back and legs and was recently diagnosed with neurological degenerative issues. Embrace claims are processed immediately upon submission and it is really pretty easy. All of my communications with Embrace have been with knowledgeable and friendly folks who really seem to care about Max. After a surgery he had a few years ago - they even called to see how he was doing! Getting older is never easy - but having Embrace as a partner in my dog's care has made a huge difference in Max's quality of life and mine. I cannot recommend them enough. Don't even think about another company. I recommend them to everyone I can.
