Awesome Service and Quick Reimbursement

We are very impressed with Embrace. We've used other companies in the past and there was always a catch regarding coverage and a hassle whenever we submitted claims. Embrace plans cover everything they spell out in the policy and they make the process very simple and quick. Anytime we call or email, we get excellent and timely responses. We recommend Embrace to any pet owner.

Clear and fair

Embrace staff are always available to provide assistance needed. They have clear explanation of benefits that are easy to understand, communicate promptly and are fair in their assessments of coverage. I have been with them for two months and have had nothing but a good experience.

My saving grace

Embrace Pet Insurance has been my piece of mind. Luckily for us our FINLEY hasn't needed much in the way of emergency care. But the "piece of mind" is worth the monthly premium. I know that if something major would present itself that I would be able to do what is best for my dog. I will continue with EMBRACE for the life of my best little buddy. The reimbursement check is received quickly and deposited in my account. I can rest easy knowing that whatever my canine needs I can afford his treatment due to having EMBRACE as his insurance! Thank you for all that you do.

Very quick claim review and reimbursement!

On the second day that our dog refused to eat, I took her to the vet. (I feared the worst, as this was the first sign of kidney failure in our previous dog.) Thankfully, after x-rays and blood tests, the vet administered injections and prescribed medication. She is fine now! Embrace was unbelievably quick in reviewing the claim and issuing a reimbursement check. Thank you, Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
