Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

So thankful I signed my pup up with Embrace last year. I've never had pet insurance before but just had an inkling with my new, high-energy puppy that he might cost me a little more in vet bills than I had originally planned. 1 year later and over $1,500 back in my pocket from vet expenses, I've decided I'll never have another animal without Embrace again. No doubt about it.

Having spent over $10k on my giant schnauzer's on things we never expected and were not breed specific I can tell you Pet Health is not unlike ours. You never know what you'll get. As soon as we rescued Belle, a Standard Schnauzer, we bought Embrace Insurance so this time we are ready should anything occur. I LOVE that this is totally customized for my preferences and my dogs needs. The service is top shelf and they really care!

I submitted my first claim with Embrace a couple weeks ago; I have to say I am so impressed! At first I wasn't sure on how fast my claim would be processed,but not only I am impressed with Embrace I am actually looking forward to my next claim. My total bill was $256.00 and my refund was $244.00, received within a week. I also have the option of direct deposit now, which will make the claim process even faster. Embrace has followed up with me before processing the claim, during the processing of the claim and after. AMAZING!!! Excellent customer service. I have just referred Embrace to a few friends and I will continue to do it. Very pleased!!!!

Getting set up with Embrace was much easier than I was expecting. Embrace worked with my Vet to get all of my dog's information so I didn't have to be the middle man. They also keep me informed whenever they receive one of my claims and the details of the claim - what's covered and why certain things aren't covered. This was a lot simpler than I was expecting and I'm very pleased!

Glad we have insurance. Our original reason for getting it was because of a high energy puppy - we feared the dreaded torn ACL or some other expensive injury. It turned out he had ongoing stomach and GI issues and we struggled for over a year to find the cause. That, plus a strange allergic reaction caused our vet bills to soar this year. Once submitted, they were reviewed quickly and Embrace contacted the vet to get additional information so we didn't have to do anything. Checks were sent promptly upon completion of the claim. The claims staff was friendly and easy to work with - great customer service.
