overall good experience
submitted claim by fax. good thing i followed up because they didn't receive it. the customer care person was polite and helpful but i had to insist because she kept saying "not yet" when it had been 8 days after fax sent. finally gave me email and waited on phone with me until she received it. also nice… received follow up email after claim processed to make sure we received check
would be nice if we could submit claims online
