Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

So glad we decided to try pet insurance after having large vet bills with other dogs. Our 10 month Bernese developed elbow problems and we elected to have arthroscopic surgey. The insurance covered all three visits for this illness. My intial visit to primary vet ($185), the consulation with Orthpedic ($100) and the actual process ($3100) were all covered less the deductible and coinsurance. Great company to deal with. They even appologized twice becuase it took them a few weeks to pay my claim. I had money before my credit card bill for the surgery arrived.

I submitted the claim form for both wellness and insurance together in a single email. Embrace staff split them into two separate filings for us. They sent us emails to keep us informed throughout the claim process. Reimbursement was directly deposited to our bank account; we even got an email to follow up on whether we've received the payment. Great service overall. Thanks.

I suspected that my 7 month old puppy had got into my Ibuprofen and potentially swallowed 400 mg worth of the gel pills. I had to get immediate induced vomiting and a 2-day ER stay. Thankfully, he came out of the ER fine and healthy. When I submitted the claim form to Embrace, everyone I was in contact with was very helpful and friendly. I've recommended Embrace to friends and they have decided on using Embrace as well.

My beloved Kaci had to have a growth removed from her tummy and x-rays for a reverse sneeze type cough. The x-rays came back suspicious and we were referred to the U of I Vet Clinic for follow-up. I was terrified something bad was going on. Thanks to Embrace Insurance, it took all of 1 second to say set it up. Cost did not enter into the decision to get my Kaci check out. Filing the claims associated with this was easy and the checks were in my hands within two weeks. Embrace covered over 3/4 of her charges but the peace of mind is priceless. They are the best.
