Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have nothing but great experiences with Embrace. They answer all of my questions promptly and I get the reimbursement check for all of my claims quickly and efficiently. I have the wellness plan and I LOVE it, it is by the far the best wellness plan out there. They cover vaccinations, flea/tick preventatives, and heart worm preventatives--all which really add up over the course of a year. They are prompt and really easy to work with about everything. Don't be fooled by the "big names" that your vet may recommend because they don't know of any others. I did a lot of research and Embrace is truly the best, and now that I've had their coverage, I can certainly confirm that all the research was true!

In researching pet insurance options, I read a recent article featuring Embrace and co-owner Laura Bennett in "Fresh Water Cleveland" an e-magazine. The article was about new, successful businesses in the Cleveland area. The article was very impressive and it was refreshing to know that there was a local company that in it's first few years of existence was growing rapidly and compared quite favorably to some of the more established pet insurance companies. The unique Embrace products ultimately convinced me that they were the better choice for us offering a Wellness program along with Accident and Illness and each with fair and flexible options. We have been with Embrace for less than a month but already we are seeing prompt responses to our claims and have been reimbursed for all of our Wellness claims to date. We look forward to a long relationship and wish Embrace much success in the years to come.

Well, after having Embrace for a year and a half I finally had to submit a claim. When I picked this insurer it was because of good reviews about the claim process and approval. Everything went according to my expectations. Customer service got working on my claim as soon as I submitted it. There was some delay in the approval but this was my vets fault for delaying with the release of some information. As soon as the information was released from my vet Embrace approved my claim within 24 hours and direct deposited the money into my account. Their CSR did a very good job with keeping me posted about the progress on the claim. I recommend you get the medical history review for your pet. I knew from having my cats medical history review examined by Embrace at the beginning that his illness would be covered, so no surprises there. All in all, I am very glad I chose to go with Embrace and I would recommend you do the same.

We buy insurance. We get some legalize paper and a promise in return for a premium. Embrace, in correspondence, marketing materials, emails, customer contacts, "say what they mean" and in every health care interaction and claim I've had over the past 12 months, Embrace "means what it says" Its so refreshing. Dealing with Embrace reminds me of simpler times.

My first experience with Embrace has been awesome. I took my new puppy in for a wellness visit/vaccines. Within 2 days I had an email from Embrace stating they were working on my claim and I should be hearing from them soon. Not only was I reimbursed for the entire vet bill within a week, I received multiple emails from Embrace Reps checking in to see if I had received my check and if there was anything else I needed. I am glad I chose Embrace to take care of my new fur baby!!
