Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My cat has been terribly sick with Triad Syndrome - it's a chronic illness. This insurance has helped me so much. They are prompt, attentive and always helpful. I like the personal emails - so unusual these days.

Embrace rocks! We had a different Insurance company with our first dog and it was always a tedious chore trying to collect our claims. They almost always wanted more documentation and found any excuse to deny claims. Embrace is just the opposite! I have policies for both my doggies for the past 5 years and have never had a problem with them!

I recently switched to Embrace for my 5 year old Lab, and not soon after our waiting period he started problems that had him hospitalized for three days. The bills were outrageous!!! In the past I would have never recouped even a 1/3 of what I paid out, but Embrace was GREAT! They paid the claim almost in full without delay and saved my family's holiday season. I have told all of my family and friends about them and will continue to sing their praise.

Duke, our 14 month old Great Dane/Boxer Mix we adopted was in the ER Hospital due to GI issues 3 different times within a 2 1/2 week span. After extensive tests, Duke had ate the covering off a toy and it was stuck in his lower intestine, it passed thankfully. He did not have surgery, but the vet bills accumulated to over $4500. We had just passed our starting coverage period and I was not sure Embrace would come through, but they did with no problems. We are so thankful to have Embrace Insurance, they have been a wonderful company to work with and we are so pleased with there timeliness of response in working claims. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have a Great Dane, who tore his acl. This is a very expensive surgery. Luckily I had pet insurance with Embrace. But this was my first time making a claim and I had my doubts about getting my money. And at first there was a little confusion in regards to my dogs medical records (they want to see everything in his file including shot records, I orginally just sent stuff pertaining to the injury). But after I got everything sent, I received a check very quickly. I do want to add that I did call a few times to see what the hold up was, and the people I talked with were extremely nice. So the question is am I satisfied? Nice people and I got my money, so yes I am!!!!
