Great customer service and easy to use!
I had embrace for a little over a year before I had to actually file a claim for a sick pet. When I filed the claim I was got a response that it was received the next business day. The month that my dog was sick I was also moving into a new home and getting married so the budget had been planned out precisely and the vet bill messed up the financial planning a little. I sent an email with my concerns about how fast the claim could be possibly processed and with a great response and customer service I received my claim money within 4 business days. Great people and great company.
