Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Holly, our 4 year old Ocicat was the picture of health until recently when it appeared that she had gotten into something that was affecting her kidney function. She had gone almost a whole year without a claim and when I had to file the first of two or three, Embrace was right there. We have had a policy for Holly and her canine sister, Tia, for almost 5 years. The company is wonderful to work with and if I ever had a question there was always someone there who could answer it, or if they couldn't, they would ask someone who could.

Embrace so thoughtful and prompt taking care of my claimCouldn't be happier. Had to use a specialty doc and Embrace to care of my claims. They respond quickly to emails. Am telling all my friends about their service and recommending them. When I return to regular vet will tell them too.

I have a friend who had a different pet insurance program and over heard them mention it when there pet was ill so I checked into their program and others online and Embrace seemed to be the best. I signed up. A few months later are little one got sick. Took him to the vets. I was not serious. I mentioned to the vet we had an insurance plan and he said they usually don't pay much. I was disheartened but summited the bills by fax. I was notified by email they got them and was processing. In less than a week I got an email with my refund amounts. I have to say I was happily surprised. Embrace covered everything they said they would. I don't get this good of service from my own health insurance program. I am happy we are covered by Embrace. I am going to recommend it to my family who have pets and everyone else I meet.

I recently got a puppy and knew from not having pet insurance in the past I wanted it this time. I explored all kinds. Embrace seemed to fit my needs the best. They do what they say they are going to do and reimburse promptly. No claim is too small or too large... AND they reimburse based on what you paid not a sliding scale! LOVE IT! Highly recommend this insurance.

I have had Embrace pet insurance for years and have been continually impressed with the care, integrity and consistency. I have no regrets whatsoever. Very kind and fair-minded personal....
