Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I've had some bad experiences with other pet insurance plans but Embrace has been exactly as advertised. They paid the 80% coverage on the entire bill, just what I purchased - and I had my check in two weeks! So far I am very pleased.

Pet insurance was something we knew we wanted when we adopted our dog. We did not want to have to choose between our pets well being and our ability to pay the bills. Embrace was the best decision we made and we have had a couple of friends sign up for coverage with them as well and been just as pleased. Our account is always up to date and we are reimbursed in a timely manner. We have not had to think twice about a number of rare health scares our puppy has had thanks to Embrace. We have had to put in more claims this year than we ever thought or hope to have to again but we have not had any trouble with Embrace. We have the accidents and illness coverage. If you want to be able to provide the best possible care for your pet as a family member this is the company you want supporting you through that. My review is for multiple experiences totaling over $1000.

Our 12 month old Aussie was hit by a car and suffered traumatic injuries that resulted in 2 extensive surgeries and continued rehabilitation. With all the emotional anguish that we were already experiencing I was so relieved and impressed with the Embrace staff and procedures when making a claim. I had only recently purchased the pet insurance and was envisioning fighting them over some of the incidentals, based on my experience with general insurance companies in the past. I was so thrilled with my experience with Embrace, the claim process was simple and we received our payments very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and now plan to sign up for their wellness option too!

Belle, our five year old Bulldog injuries her ACL while playing. Thankfully we have her and our other three bulldogs insured with Embrace. They are always very professional on the phone and efficient in getting claims processed. She had her surgery and her claim was processed within two weeks. Good communication and follow through.

Thanks to Embrace for providing quick and accurate claim services for my two dogs' wellness and illness claims this year. This is my first pet insurance experience and I am very glad that I researched what is covered and the out of pocket costs and found Embrace. I will be a customer for as long as I have my dogs.
