I feel so at ease with Embrace

I have been with Embrace for 5 years with two different dogs. I love them. I don't know what I would have done without them. With Embrace my babies get the care they need, when they need it.

So far, so Good!

We got a lovely poodle/Soft Coated Wheaton terrier pup at 3 mo. old in Feb. He has several minor health problems which have been quickly and efficiently covered by Embrace. We are happy with the coverage so far in his young life. He's now about 10 mo. old, happy, healthy and extremely social!

Wonderful pet insurance

I highly recommend Embrace pet insurance. Claims are handled quickly and efficiently. The company offers a very personal touch. I am very impressed and am glad I did my homework and chose Embrace when we adopted our new little girl.

Extremely happy to have coverage...

Our Tucker recently had tie back surgery for laryngeal paralysis. Not only was the surgery covered at 80% after meeting our deductible, but his recent ER visits were covered due to aspirated pneumonia. We have received 3 reimbursement checks in a VERY TIMELY manner totaling over 3K. If Tucker needs further treatment – he is covered. This brings us peace of mind. When we visited the surgeon for the surgical consult I handed her the claim form while stating – We have pet insurance. She looked down and said, “Oh good, you have a plan that pays out more than many others.” I believe we have been with Embrace almost since their inception. One often wonders, “Are the yearly premiums worth it?” In our case, for Tucker, the answer is, YES. Our Shadow was also insured. I never wanted to begrudge my dogs treatment because we could not afford it. As many know – Goldens are prone to cancer. Embrace covers such treatment

Embrace representatives go above & beyond to help

I recently had a dermatological visit denied due to my boxer having a temporary exclusion of dermatological issues based on some ear crusting and scarring that was due to trauma noted while the policy was still in the 2-week waiting period. My regular vet submitted a letter of appeal as the recent skin issues are not related to the earlier ear issues and still the claim was denied. My vet offered to speak to the claims adjuster and the Embrace claims adjuster called my vet and they discussed the matter further. My vet was able to provide additional information that allowed the initial denial to be reversed and now his dermatological issues are now covered. My point is this-even if a claim is denied it is always best to speak to Embrace and find out the reasons why and you will find that Embrace representatives will work with you and help you if they can. Even if my claim ended up not being covered I would still recommend Embrace to everyone I know because they really do care about their policyholders. Be respectful and be patient with the process and you will find that this company and its representatives REALLY DO CARE.
