Quick and easy coverage for complementary health!

Our dog has suffered from back pain and stiffness for quite some time, and we recently took him in for acupuncture treatment. The treatment really worked wonders for his physical comfort and we also noted big behavioral improvements. I saw in my Embrace coverage documentation that complementary medicine services can be covered for injuries and illnesses, and submitted claims for each of his treatment sessions. I didn't actually anticipate having this service covered, but Embrace covered all of his treatments in full, with no additional documentation or justification needed. Great coverage again from Embrace.

Takes all the stress out of vet visits

My wife and I absolutely love Embrace...and we should know. We have a 10month old Lab puppy who has basically has every sickness in the book to date. Embrace makes it so easy for us to submit claims and receive our portion back. They also have extremely friendly customer service reps who are always willing to help. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially first-time dog owners like us!

Great insurance...period!

With an aging pet, often comes health issues. My little dog is getting on in years and has once again experienced a bit of ill health as a result. Embrace makes growing older and the problems that come with it much easier. I got insurance for my beloved dog because I don't want to make a painful choice based on whether or not I can afford it. Having ensured my best companion through Embrace for a number of years now, I know I made the right choice. Thank you Embrace Pet Insurance!!!

hoped to never need it, but sure glad we have it!

We've had our 6 yr old Rottie insured by Embrace since she was a less than a year old and luckily, never had occasion to use it. Unfortunately, the past 12 months has been very rough for our baby as she had bladder stone removal surgery in January then in September, what we thought was a torn Cruciate Ligament necessitating TPLO surgery. Turns out our baby has synovial histiocystic cancer in her knee joint that necessitated amputation and chemotherapy which she is going through now. Embrace has been great and has lived up to it's promises. They have been the bright spot in what has otherwise been a very dark time for us!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
