Smooth reimbursements

I really like Embrace. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing insurance, and Embrace has lived up to it all. After I hit my deductible last month, I have had no problems getting reimbursed on the payment schedule that I expected. The staff is courteous and very helpful every time I call. Claims are processed quickly and the forms are fairly simple. The rates do not change wildly year to year. My biggest concern was that our vet would see the forms as a burden, but they don't seem to mind.

OMG, The best Pet Insurance

I have 1 dog that doesn't have insurance and the bills are pilling up. I have 2 other dogs who are with Embrace. Someone turned me on to Embrace and I will never get any other pet insurance! The best thing Embrace does is pay my claims fast. Customer service is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We have had several claims with my 2 dogs and Embrace paid without a problem. Thank you

Very happy with the prompt service.

My pet, swallowed part of a rug, causing stomach distress,& throwing up. Had to take her to my vet for an X-ray, & medication. Embrace covered the whole thing. They were very fast with my claim.

The fact that Embrace emailed me to check on receiving a recent reimbursement is commendable! They are quick, thorough and most of all fair. I've never had such a pleasurable experience working within an insurer before! Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
