Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My dog got terribly sick, he was vomiting every 20 minutes for over 24 hours. Embrace was there to help, filing the claim was simple and quick. Received the reimbursement in short time. A+

Filing a claim couldn't be easier (heartworm in this case). They require a minimum of information and process the claim so quickly. There is no nitpicking like for people health insurance. The web portal to check on your claim is very nicely designed. The insurance may not be the cheapest, but it is very comprehensive and no hassle. I would definitely recommend it to pet owners who want to make sure they can take care of their beloved pet.

So glad I have Embrace. They have been amazing to deal with and payouts are so quick. There customer service should give other companies lessons on how to do the job. Our Vizsla got very sick with a respiratory infection when he was 4 months old that required him to stay two nights at the emergency vet, costing us $2,000. At this point we decided to invest in pet insurance and the vet recommended Embrace. At 6-8 months old, Duke started to have recurring issues with lameness and spine/hip pain. Nearly 10 vet visits later they believe that he may have discspondylitis. We are awaiting the results from his latest blood culture, but we are hopeful that we finally have a treatable diagnosis. Throughout this stressful process, Embrace has been great to work with. They have answered all of our questions and reimbursed us without hassle. Getting pet insurance allowed us to get the best treatment for Duke without worrying about finances.
