Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My guy was diagnosed almost 2 1/2 months ago with a pulmunary mass (cancer). I can honestly say that if werent for Embrace, he would not be with us and fighting this cancer today. Dealing with cancer is an incredibly expensive prospect, and if we did not have him insured, we would not have had the chance to fight this disease. I feel blessed for every extra, great day that we have with him. We still have a bit to go, but I have to thank Embrace for making this all happen. They have been quick to respond to my every claim, and have been so kind with any questions about procedures and coverages. The best news was that when my coverage begins its annual renewal, there will be no "pre-existing" condition given to his current situation. So if we have to continue to fight the good fight, there will be no question whether we can or not! Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!!

I have had Embrace Insurance for our Great Dane for just over a year and it has been awesome. We have had a run of bad luck with surgeries and ER visits and every time I think "this time I won't be reimbursed", I am wrong. Embrace has saved me thousands of dollars in just the first year - and at this point, I am hoping that I don't need them any more.... On top of that, their customer service could not be more friendly and all payments have arrived within weeks of filing claims. I strongly recommend for anyone with a pet and especially those like a Great Dane who are prone to having issues.

I have been constantly impressed by this company. Unfortunately our doberman had had forelimb lameness in the past and it has become chronic. Lately he developed iliopsoas syndrome in his hind legs. So we go to physical therapy twice a week to help him get well. Embrace sends my reimbursement checks in very reasonable time, I have spread the word to everyone about this company.

I was in and out of my vets office and a specialty clinic for over a month. To figure out what was wrong with my dog. Her face was swollen and continued to swell after 2 weeks. After countless examinations and a CAT scan. There was no finds of a feign body or cancer. Thankfully the antibiotics started to work before we did an exploratory surgery! She is doing much better. Not 100% yet but extremely close! I scanned and emailed all of my claims. Embrace started processing my claim within 2 days of being sent the documents. I have always had excellent service with this company and they are very personable. The majority of the time they email to confirm my deposits from my reimbursements! I love this company and have never have a unpleasant experience with them!

Everything they got from my vet they would say its not covered. they messed up my dogs dates for his vet visits so they could try and say i had no insurance at the time when i did they always say it's preventable when it is not. they are all about taking money not about you or your pet.
