Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Getting Embrace insurance for my 4 dogs was the BEST decision I have made in a WHILE! They are so easy to talk with, and are 100% accessible, be it email, or phone. I emailed a question on my last claim and a rep responded so quickly my head spun! (Fastest response from any customer service type email I have ever sent!)

We've had Embrace insurance for about three years. Until this year, we've only made wellness claims. Earlier this year we found a lump on on Dakota's chest that indicated it was cancerous and immediately had it removed. Thankfully, the surgery was successful and no further treatment is needed right now. We were so grateful to have Embrace pet insurance! While we elected to have a higher deductible, once it was met, we had the peace of mind knowing we had the resources we needed to treat our loyal family member! Submitting claims online is easy and we are reimbursed via direct deposit. Customer service is excellent! We couldn't be more pleased!

Im so glad I got pet insurance! Embrace has covered all claims regarding my cat's kidney failure, even her kidney food is covered under wellness-though I wish it were considered under our illness/accident benefits since it is a prescription diet. I would also prefer to have the claim processed before we pay our amount due because costs can be hard to cover in advance when waits for reimbursement are variable. All in all though, a great experience, so much that I added the rest of my pets to my plan!

Our healthy dog got really sick in a matter of a few weeks. Embrace insurance was truly caring and covered a lot of our expenses. The reimbursement was quick and the claim forms were easy to fill out.I called them with questions and a gentleman named Steve was helpful, patient and so kind and wished our dog a happy and strong recovery. Just terrific services and you can tell they truly care about your pet and your family. 💕👍✨

Embrace was speedy with processing my claim and responding to my questions in a precise and professional manner. The explanation of benefits was of great help in explaining what was covered/remaining coverage, the deductible and my refund. Top Notch Service!
