New to pet insurance & made the perfect choice!

The staff at Embrace have been very helpful, the enrollment process was simple, and the site is very user friendly. I love that I was able to add the wellness rewards to my pet plan, with a new healthy puppy I was able to use the wellness rewards benefit for Zoe's very first trip to the vet!

Great coverage and speedy refunds!

I've had our 11 month old King Shepherd, "Buddy" covered through Embrace for almost six months and the coverage has been great! Their speedy review of claims and prompt refunds has made this an awesome experience for me, my family and more importantly our "doggie". Thank You Embrace!....Keep up the great work!....I recommend this company to all my friends and families with pets....

Embrace has always answered our questions and processed claims promptly. Most recently, we had difficulty with one of our vets, in getting the Embrace Claim form to Embrace, despite several contacts to the vet from my end. Embrace finally contacted the vet directly, on at least two occasions, and finally got everything resolved. Terrific customer support!

Excellent!

I have had Embrace insurance for almost five years for my dog, Forrest. This is the first time I have had to use it. I must say, I wish my insurance company was so pleasant and efficient! My claim was processed in a timely manner and Embrace kept me up to date with each and every step. I did a lot of research before purchasing Embrace and found them to be the best. It was a great decision!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
