Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I just submitted my first set of claims for my dog. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. In fact, I was kind of skeptical and expecting my claim wouldn't be covered or it would be kicked back for not being completed properly or something. BUT NO! It was processed quickly and it was all covered! I'm thrilled. The claim was for our adopted released guide dog in training who developed spay incontinence. We had one general visit to the vet to discuss the matter with full blood work, followed by a vet tech apt for blood pressure reading followed by a prescription for medication. 3 receipts on one form, all covered. Very happy client.

My two year old Rottweiler had hip replacement and Embrace was with us every step of the way. The insurance coverage truly help with getting her hip replaced. My insurance reimbursement was issued within 10 days. It was peace of mind knowing we did not have to pay the entire bill. All three of my dogs are insured by embraced. I work at a vets office and I always recommend embrace to my clients.

I have been an Embrace customer for about 2 years now. I have my dog and 2 cats covered. Embrace has been wonderful to us. Customer service is outstanding! All of our claims are processing within 2 days and reimbursement is within 1 week. My pets are my family and I am so relieved that I have them covered. Thank you very much for being awesome Embrace! I just got Embrace last month, and luckily I have not had to submit any accidental claims yet. However, they have been extremely helpful and responsive each time I email and/or submit wellness claims online. On average, reimbursements take approximately 2-3 days (which is amazing)!

My toy poodle was diagnosed with luxating patellas. After communicating with four doctors that my dog had seen, Embrace covered the doctor's visits, the surgery, and the rehab. My little girl is improving daily with crate rest and a prescribed exercise program. All the representatives from Embrace promptly and compassionately answered all my questions. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Embrace, especially after having a horrid experience with another disreputable pet insurance company a number of years ago. I have since recommended Embrace to three of my friends. I highly recommend every pet owner purchase pet insurance. My dog's surgery came during a time two household appliances needed to be replaced, and four of the trees in my yard were in desperate need of maintenance. Thanks to Embrace, I don't have to worry about paying my home repair bills.
