Excellent - from nose to tail
Embrace is an insurance company that acts like a small family run company that actually cares about its clients. Their policies are great (I have 90% reimbursement, and it really does cover everything it says it does, including behavioral issues), and their customer service is stellar. Over the three years I've had an Embrace plan, I've submitted a bunch of claims, from injuries to anxiety, all over the country, with all different types of vets. Never once has there been a problem. Actually, the biggest problem I've had is in getting vets' offices to submit claims.I'm usually issued a check within 1-2 days of Embrace's receiving the claim. If there are any issues (which is unusual), they're incredibly easy to call and talk to. All claims are clearly shown on your account page, with the status. The one disputed claim I had was my fault - I submitted it well past the deadline. But I called, and they were very understanding and honored the claim anyways.
I recommend Embrace to every pet owner I know, and I've placed flyers in my vet's office! I've heard a lot of horror stories about other pet insurance companies, but this is legit.

I have a great dane so major $$$Best pet insurance
Best pet insurance I've come by. I have a great dane and her vet bills can get pretty pricey so having embrace has been a life saver. I 100% recommend it to anyone with large breed animals.

Incredible Customer Service
Embrace has provided wonderful service through a number of challenging situations with our lab/collie mix. They provided clear and concise information on what is and is not covered. They processed all of our claims rapidly. And they reimbursed us promptly for all claims that were covered - including the few (unfortunately) large expenses we've incurred (knee surgery). I recommend Embrace without reservation!

We love Embrace ins.
We never have regretted getting insurance for out dog! I always said "I don't care if I never use it because she is just a part of the family as we are and we have insurance." Recently our Dee Dee is having terrible problems with her paw with severe swelling ,itching and pain. She is on the mend now, slowly but surely and we are grateful. Thank you embrace everything has gone smoothly!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
