Good company

I have had Embrace for 2 years and I am very happy with their service. Most reimbursements are fast and deposited into my bank account. My one complaint is: My dog is 12 years old and the renewal increase was over $100 per year. That was over 100% increase, when the advertise 8-10% annual. If you have a pet, I would still recommend Embrace insurance.

Claim Processing

I have another pet insurance that I still pay for from New Jersey for my other dog there. when I came to Hawaii and got another dog at Animal House Pet Center in Ewa Beach They mentioned Embrace and others. I picked Embrace and have been totally satisfied and wish I could change my other insurance from New Jersey to Embrace.

Very pleased with Embrace Pet Insurance

We went from zero to two dogs in a span of two weeks. Something told me the get pet insurance when my vet recommended Embrace. In the following four weeks, we had one rat poison ingestion, two cases of Giardia, one emergency vet overnight stay, one severe case of canine anemia, chronic diarrhea, and normal puppy shots. Embrace paid their part exactly according to the policy. And they paid surprisingly quickly. Painless help when we needed it!

Great Pet Insurance and Exceptional Service

I have been fortunate to date that all my claims have been for wellness for my sweet Great Pyrenees dogs. With that said, I am never lacking in coverage for my two and whenever I have a question about the coverage and status, the claims staff is excellent. They are personable, professional and knowledgeable. I am pleased to be apart of the Embrace Insured family! Keep doing a great job!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
