Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Our dear Harper has IBD and had to have an upper and lower endoscopy and an abdominal ultrasound. We have been putting off the procedure for a year now not only because of the cost but also because we did not want her to have to go through any procedures that were not absolutely necessary. The Embrace people have, with this claim and many others, covered the costs ($2322) and we had our money in just over a weeks time. Overtime I call in with a question, the embracers are knowledgeable and kind. I don't know what our family and Harper would do without Embrace. Embrace Pet Insurance was the best decision we could have made.

After going it alone with no insurance through expensive cancer treatments and surgery for our first dog, we learned our lesson. We purchased accident/illness coverage for our next dog, and we have been very happy that we chose Embrace. Customer service is very good, and the claims people are knowledgeable and helpful.

These folks are top notch. Claims are easy and quick. Also, they are so good with paperwork and sensitivity at the same time. We had to put two of our dogs down this year at different times. They immediately updated their records after I submitted euthanasia receipts and I received handwritten condolence cards.

Getting Embrace insurance for my 4 dogs was the BEST decision I have made in a WHILE! They are so easy to talk with, and are 100% accessible, be it email, or phone. I emailed a question on my last claim and a rep responded so quickly my head spun! (Fastest response from any customer service type email I have ever sent!)

We've had Embrace insurance for about three years. Until this year, we've only made wellness claims. Earlier this year we found a lump on on Dakota's chest that indicated it was cancerous and immediately had it removed. Thankfully, the surgery was successful and no further treatment is needed right now. We were so grateful to have Embrace pet insurance! While we elected to have a higher deductible, once it was met, we had the peace of mind knowing we had the resources we needed to treat our loyal family member! Submitting claims online is easy and we are reimbursed via direct deposit. Customer service is excellent! We couldn't be more pleased!
